GLUTEN-FREE, VEGAN MUFFINS Pineapple Banana
Bring these PINEAPPLE DELIGHT MUFFINS to your next OUTDOOR GATHERING!
**This recipe makes 12 regular-sized muffins or 6 Texas-sized muffins.
1 Cup - Gluten-Free Quick Oats - Quaker Oats
1 1/4 Cups - Sifted Oat Flour - Bob's Red Mill
2 tsp - Baking Powder
1/2 Cup - Coconut Sugar
1 tsp - Cinnamon
1 Can - Pineapple Chunks - 14 oz
1/4 Cup - Organic Apple Sauce
2 - Ripe Organic Bananas
1 tsp - Vanilla Extract
Get all of these ingredients, if you do not already have in my AMAZON Shop or my THRIVE MARKET
Directions:
-Preheat your oven to 350 degrees.
-Combine all of the dry ingredients.
-Smoosh the bananas and add them to the dry ingredients.
-Pour in the rest of the wet ingredients.
-Once they are all blended together please add a final cup of GF quicks oats.
-Place the cute muffin liners of your choice onto the baking tray and distribute the batter evenly.
-You can fill the muffin liners past the top, these do not rise while in the oven.
-Put them into the oven at 350 for 20 minutes.
-Remove from the tray and let cool on a cooling rack for 10 minutes before shoveling them into your bellies.
