Deliciously EASY GLUTEN-FREE Mocha Blondies

Holy Moly, these are off the chain. Plan to share, because I would, and HAVE eaten them all myself.

All of these ingredients can be purchased  at your local Whole Foods, from  Thrive Market, or from my Amazon Shop 


Bob’s Red Mill has been my go-to for MANY years.  I know the quality of what I’m getting and they have a wonderful assortment of Gluten Free flours and products. For vegans the egg replacer is helpful.  Their website has things in your everyday baking requirements like baking powder, baking soda, and so on.

To make these delicious blondies you will need….

1 cup Coconut Sugar

1 Cup Shifted Gluten-Free Oat Flour

1/5 tsp Coffee Grinds

1/4 tsp - pinch of Salt

1/2 Cup Non-Dairy Butter - Earth Balance

1/2 Cup Organic Apple Sauce

4 Organic - Free Range - Eggs

1/2 Cup Dairy Free Chocolate Chips - Enjoy Life Mega Chunks

Directions:

Bake at 350 degrees in a 9inch square pan or 30-33 minutes or until the top is bouncy.  

Let cool completely before cutter and refrigerate overnight.  ENJOY!!!
