Begin at the top edge of your mat in Mountain Pose - with grounding breath

Arm Breathing - Side Bending - Side Bending with IT Stretch - Add together with Fwd Fold - Add together with Ardha Uttanasana (Halfway Lift) - Roll back to Standing Mountain - SET YOUR INTENTION & BEGIN OUR PRACTICE.

Sun Salutation A x2

Uttanasana - Ardha - Chaturanga 1/2 hold - press back up to Cheetah - Flow x2 R/L

Sun Salutation B

Chair - Fold - Vinyasa - Down Dog - Warrior 1 - Crescent - Knee Drive x5

Single Leg Squat x5 - Flow - Repeat with x1 or each on each side - Flow

Chair with Twist R/L - Vinyasa to Downward Dog
Warrior 1 - Warrior 2 - Skandasana - Low Lunge - Plank - Bear to Dolphin x10 - Plank - 3 Legged Downward Dog - Knee to Opposite Elbow - Fallen Triangle - Knee back to Opposite Elbow - 3 Legged Downward Dog - Flip Your Dog - Back to Low Lunge - Standing Split - Standing Single Leg Mountain - Deadlift - Low Lunge - Repeat x10 - Low Lunge - Prasarita Padottanasana - Inversion or Stretch 10 BREATHS

**THAT WAS THE RIGHT SIDE - START FACING THE BACK OF THE MAT FOR THE LEFT SIDE** finish with Inversion, Stretch or Hop Ups

Frog - Pigeon - King Pigeon - Downward Dog - Pigeon Left - King - Gentle Bridge - Gentle Twist - Happy Baby - Knee Hug - Savasana
